               CQ27865: writting EEPROM failed on BACS for both BCM5906

   Cause:
               Power saving mode is not supported for BCM5906.
               For BCM5787 self boot device, The existing method used
               in BACS to set power saving mode is not right for this board.
   Change:
               Disable configuration tab for BCM5906.
               Call different function in BMAPI to change power saving mode.
   Impact:
               Configuration tab.

2. Problem: 
               CQ27869: Change mode under configuration tab 2nd time are
               not saved.
   Cause:
               After apply the first time, data got re-initialized. The
               configuration tab doesn't get information form hardware.
   Change:
               Read setting from hardware if information is not available.
   Impact:
               Configuration tab.

3. Problem: 
               CQ27875: Running BACS Diag continusly cause ndis miniport
               to unload and reload after iteration.
   Cause:
               In LED test, if driver is suspend, it will resume the driver,
               and for next test it will suspend driver again.
   Change:
               In LED test, don't resume the driver because it is not necessary.
   Impact:
               Diagnostic tab.

               CQ27195: Bacs should show N/A for the Large Send Offload
               Transmit Requests instead of 0 when adapter is disabled.
   Cause:
               When BACS get Large Send Offload Transmit Requests value 
               from driver is -1, it trate as Large Send Offload Transmit
               Request unsupported, the GUI is not refresh for this value.
   Change:
               Remove the node in tree if this is not supported, add the 
               node if this value is supported again.
   Impact:
               Statistics tab.

2. Problem: 
               There is an error in BACS code do the wrong caculation for
               resource percentage.
   Cause:
               Iscsi, iser and rdma value is copied to toe.
   Change:
               Copy the correct value to right place.
   Impact:
               Resource Allocation tab.

2. Problem: 
               CQ27772: BACS crashes when unprivileged user click restore
               default button.

               CQ27258: Interrupt Request value should not be zero in 
               resource tab of BACS.

   Cause:
               If interrupt type is MSI based, this value is not valid.

               Change new string for pop up message for team restore failer

               Please increase the width of Property box in

               The listbox item width was not enough to display
               the longest item string.
      Change: 
               Added horizontal scrolling behavior to the listbox.
               Also, added tooltip functionality to the listbox to
               display tooltip on the items during mouse hover. 
               Adjusted the size and position of the controls to
               the right of the listbox control to match the controls
               size/position in the windows "Adavanced" tab display
               dialog/page.

               Advanced tab UI functionality.  
               
   3. Problem: ( Cont00027041 )
               BcasTray.exe displays wrong version of 
               BACS in "About Bacs"
      Cause:
               Multiple version strings were not updated
               in the BacsTray resource file.
      Change: 
               Updated the version information correctly in
               all the required places.
      Impact:
               Version number display on all the Bacs components.

               Vista BACS:  IPV 6 address is not reported on 
               Vital Sign Page of BACS for Vista x32 and x64
      Cause:
               Prior to this change, the code was setup to 
               display IPV6 IP address against the "IP Address"
               field in the "Vital Sign" tab only if there is 
               no valid IPV4 IP address and there is a valid 
               IPV6 IP address. Because of this users will never
               be able to see the IPV6 IP Address so long there
               is a valid IPV4 IP Address.
      Change: 
               We now continue to display IPV4 IP Address (if valid) 
               against the "IP Address" field in the "Vital Sign" tab. 
               If there is a valid IPV6 IP address, it will be 
               displayed against the new "IPV6 IP Address" field.
      Impact:
               Vital Sign tab - IP address display 
               functionality with IPV4 and IPV6 enabled and/or disabled.

   2. Problem: 
               BacsTray does not launch Bacs.exe on Vista
      Cause:
               BacsTray needs to be updated for Vista support.

               Using ShellExecute instead of WinExec.

               BacsTray behavior on all platforms.
 
   3. Problem: 
               On Vista BacsTray does not appear as tray icon if the user
               (with admin privileges) logs-off and logs-on again.
      Cause:
               Windows defender will prevent the startup applications
               from running if the application requires higher 
               privileges.
      Change: 
               Added manifest to run/invoke BacsTray with the currently
               available privileges. Also added manifest to run Bacs 
               with elevated privileges if the user has the capability
               to elevate.
      Impact:
               Bacs/BacsTray behavior on all platforms.

               Expert Wizard Pops up Error Requesting path to BACS.HLP file
      Cause:
               BACS does not launch a correct help for LiveLink and VLAN
               pages in Expert Mode.

   4. Problem: ( CQ #25599 )
               Create A VLAN Screen in Expert Wizard Mode Shows TOE

               Add code to support 5787F (Jade-F) device.

   3. Request: ( CQ #24165 )
               BACS 9.0.3 will cause the error when trying to apply a team 
               with BMAPI v7.5.2.
      Cause:
               BACS does not set team structure version correctly
               which is required by BMAPI version 7.5.2  
      Change: 
               Modify code to address the issue.  
      Impact:
               Creating team, restoring team, and creating a new vlan.
               Require BMAPI 7.5.2 or above.

                 BMAPI 6.3.0 or above and BASP 6.0.7 or above to create this new
                 team type.  Also add the BASP state of team members in 
                 Team Properties page.
